Products

Products are sourced from suppliers both in Australia (our preference) and overseas.

Product sizing and descriptions are as per supplier information. Sizes are approximate and actual colours may vary due to computer monitors and devices used. We try extremely hard to ensure product information is as accurate as possible.

If an item is dispatched from within Australia then this mentioned on the listing.

Any items which do not include the wording “This item is dispatched from Australia” are sent from our overseas suppliers and this does need to be considered when purchasing the item.  Shipping may take up to a month or 45 days.

We are adding products on a daily basis and liase with our suppliers to ensure we are supplying what you require.

Payment Methods Accepted

Security is important and we take it seriously therefore all payments are processed through a secure system.

We accept PayPal and Credit cards as forms of payment.

PayPal is a well known, safe and easy way to send and receive money online.

When you select PayPal at the checkout the following will occur:

  • You will leave our site and be connected to the PayPal site.
  • You can sign into your PayPal account or create a new one if you haven’t got one. It is very easy to use.
  • Follow the instructions to complete your transaction.
  • PayPal can be used for Credit Cards, Debit Card, and your normal Bank Account.

  • Payment is traceable.
  • No one will see your credit card details.
  • Minimal risk of unauthorized use of your information.
  • With millions of transactions per day it is heavily regulated and monitored.

Privacy is important and we are completely transparent regarding what we use your personal data for.

Your One Stop WED Shop will collect:

  • Your name and surname
  • Your email address
  • You postal or physical address
  • Your phone number
  • Data regarding the browser you use to view the site
  • The way you navigate through the store, include articles and items etc.

Your details are collected as they are required to accept and process orders and to confirm delivery addresses for packages etc.

We gather your onsite viewing of our store to ensure we can make our store the best and most user friendly it can be and this includes changing from computer to mobile versions for viewing. This may also include the type of devise you have used, which ensures we are a mobile friendly site etc.

As some orders may be sent via our wholesalers it is necessary they also receive information to enable them to dispatch the order directly to you.  The amount of information they receive is limited to what is required for them to dispatch your item.

As you will be paying via a payment service, it is therefore necessary that they will receive the information you supply to enable them to process payment.

Postage services will also receive the information they require to enable them to delivery your goods.

Shipping, Tracking & Delivery

FREE SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on most items with delivery within Australia.

Should you purchase an item which has free shipping and an item which has a shipping cost, the shipping cost will be shown.

Though you may purchase a few items which have different shipping costs showing, the highest rate only will be applied, not a combined total.

We do not ship overseas.

CUSTOMS

Your One Stop WED Shop is not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped.

SHIPPING TIME

As some goods may be dispatched from outside of Australia we allow a maximum of 30-45 days.

Any items which do not include the wording “This item is dispatched from Australia” are sent from our overseas suppliers and this does need to be considered when purchasing the item.  Shipping may take up to a month or 45 days.

This does not include our 2-5 day processing time.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the issues that COVID-19 have caused in regards to manufacturing, shipping etc. we cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery at all as situations are changing in the work force and world on a daily basis.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Order cancellation

If your order has been paid for and packed then it cannot be cancelled.

We suggest you contact us asap, however, once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we do not offer a refund or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive your order within the guaranteed time (maximum 45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • you have changed your mind
  • the colour is not as anticipated. Due to various viewing devices which you may view the item on, some colours may show differently on different devices and we cannot be held liable for this
  • your order does not arrive due to factors outside of our control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, stolen

Non-returnable or refunded items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Perishable items such as food and flowers
  • Books, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • No intimate items will be accepted such as sanitary, personal hygiene products, adult products
  • Hazardous, or flammable liquid and gases

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please contact us should you wish to return an item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we do not offer a refund or return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please be aware it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card provider, and this is outside of our control.
